Pathways 2 Potential is a leading Michigan provider of ABA therapy for children 18 months to 26 years who have an autism diagnosis. Our investments in team member growth and development include:
BCBA Intern Program
A supervised fieldwork program dedicated to preparedness and support of those pursuing BCBA certification
Apprenticeship Program
An opportunity for BCBA interns to obtain a full time position assisting BCBAs in supervising teams providing in home ABA therapy. This role is available for individuals who have less than 500 fieldwork hours to complete or have completed their entire set of fieldwork hours.
Lead RBT Positions
RBTs that have at least 2 years of experience, recommendations from their current supervisors, and a history of quality therapy services have an opportunity to apply for the position of Lead RBT and assist BCBAs in training new technicians, assessing patients and participating in other leadership activities.
Continuing Education
Pathways 2 Potential provides ongoing opportunities for staff members to learn new skills and hone their existing ones.
